Bison 2′ x 2′ smooth 8 plank Itauba wood tiles are commercial grade and constructed from responsibly harvested hardwoods. Itauba is very similar in color to Ipê with occasional small dark spots caused by mineral deposits present in the wood. Itauba wood tiles weather over time, developing a silvery-gray patina. If maintaining the wood color is desired, wood tiles can be periodically cleaned and sealed.
