Constructed in 1889, the historic Merchandise Mart building was originally a dry goods warehouse. Over a century later, in 2003, it was acquired, restored, and converted into apartments. Located in the heart of metropolitan St. Louis, Missouri, in the Washington Avenue Lofts District, the apartments offer residents a classic, but vibrant location to live, work, and play.
