Project Description
The luxury apartments in Chelsea in Midtown Manhattan have an array of thoughtful community-inclusive features including convenient access to the 23rd Street Subway Station, Union Square, and classic views of the Empire State Building and new World Trade Center from the rooftop terrace.
The custom stone pavers and varying-sized modular Bison Ipê Wood Tiles were installed quickly and easily, creating an attractive and sophisticated space on the rooftop for tenants. The surface materials are supported by adjustable Bison Versadjust Pedestals, ensuring the outdoor amenity will not only remain level, yet protect the roof membrane from damage. The outdoor terrace features modular planters, an outdoor theater system, countertop bar, grilling station, and modern site furnishings that encourage neighborhood gatherings and summertime lounging. The rooftop deck will be a welcome staple and selling feature for the apartment building for years to come!
