Project Description
Reed Row, located in Washington, D.C., is a luxury apartment complex that incorporates sustainable design elements to highlight its modern aesthetic. Residents enjoy enhanced amenities and services featuring minimalist touches, thoughtful design, and eco-friendly construction. The spacious rooftop terrace is a shared space for tenants, featuring a solarium, Zen garden, barbecue station, dining areas, and lounge spaces where they can enjoy beautiful views of D.C.’s landmarks.
Bison’s ScrewJack pedestals and 2x2 smooth Ipe wood decking with 6 planks luxuriously crown the terrace, transforming it into a usable space perfect for entertaining. The pergolas and furniture add to the elegance of the wood decking. Additionally, the Bison products used in the terrace’s construction contributed to the building’s LEED Silver certification.
