Project Description
The Crown Fountain is located at the southwest corner of Millennium Park in Chicago, Illinois. Two 50-foot glass block towers display images of local citizens on LED screens while a thin layer of water ‘floats’ over pavers between the towers creating the reflecting pond. Bison Versadjust Pedestals are utilized beneath the reflecting pond where water falls between pavers and circulates back through the water feature’s system. The Bison Deck Supports create cavity space beneath the paver surfaces so pump mechanisms and other equipment needed to operate the water feature can be easily concealed.
